Placing an Order
MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
A. Not the right magazine for you? Not a problem! You can cancel your subscription by filling out our contacting us form easily here or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, please include order number, name and reason for canceling and allow 3-5 business days for a representative to process your request.
A. Extra magazine issues? We’re more than happy to help! Fill out our contact us form here or contact us by email: email@example.com, please include order number, name and which issues are duplicates and allow 3-5 business days for a representative to process your request.
A. We’re here to fix that! Please fill out our contact us form here or contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and please include order number, detail description of damage and name and allow 3-5 business days for a representative to process your request.
PLACING AN ORDER
A. If you order a new subscription today, your first magazine should arrive within 4-10 weeks. Please note that publishers do ask for you to allocate 4-10 weeks for magazines and note that your subscription starts when you receive your first magazine.
A. You may renew your subscription(s) online, click on the magazine(s) of choice then click “renew my subscription” and enter all the information necessary. For magazines that you selected with an “*” your subscription(s) will continue annually. You will receive a reminder notice toward the end of each term and your account will be charged the rate on the notice for the next term of issues unless you choose to cancel.
A. Magazine subscriptions make a perfect gift for everyone! For gift subscriptions, simply pick the magazine(s) of choice and click the “Gift Subscription” option and fill out the form. Give each gift subscription an extra personal touch with our FREE gift cards, here!

A. Magazine Discount Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit or credit cards. The transaction is solely electronically and placed in a statement, Magazine Discount Center does NOT send any bills by mail. If you have received a bill in the mail, it was NOT by Magazine Discount Center and we will not be able to assist you.
A. We pride ourselves on keeping your information 100% secure and private. Your email will only be used by our customer service representatives to contact you about your order or any issues. All transactions are 100% secured by GeoTrust.
A. If you wish to order multiple copies to different address, you can select the magazine and fill in different addresses as indicated. To order multiple copies to the same address, it will not process and must be to a different name.
A. At Magazine Discount Center, we’re known for our customer satisfaction. Why? We give each and every customer up to 3 full months a full refund if they no longer wish to receive the magazine. Also we’re happy to refund any undelivered issues.
A. If within 3 months from your order date, you find you want to no longer receive the magazine(s). We’ll give you a COMPLETE refund. Also, any magazines from the order date to when you cancel are yours to keep!

A. Publishers allocate a 4-10 week period to receive your first issue. Magazines will be sent and mailed within a month or two from order date. Frequently published magazines (i.e. weekly or monthly) may arrive 4-6 weeks and for less frequently published magazines (i.e. quarterly); your first issue may take up to 11 weeks. Please note that the publisher does everything possible to send your issue as fast as possible.

A. We sell over 1,000 titles. We’re always looking to update our website with more titles, so if you don’t see a magazine, please check back with the site in the next upcoming months.
A. By the amount of volume of subscriptions we are able to negotiate the prices with publishers to give you the lowest price possible.

A. You are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of your order date. After 90 days, you will get a refund based on the date of cancellation.
