Congratulations to our September winner Janice, and her delicious Stuffed Hamburger recipe!

Ingredients:
1 lb of hamburger
1 package of sliced mushrooms
1 package of cooked chopped spinach
1 egg (scrambled)
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
1. Cook hamburger meat with mushrooms in a skillet
2. Once hamburger meat is fully cooked, add cooked spinach, and scrambled egg.
3. Mix together, sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top.
4. Serve on French bread
