About our Chef:
Ruth grew up on a dairy farm, where fresh produce and meats were available constantly, and also with an allergy to most foods. There was the occasional treats and tropical fruits, but she learned to cook while living on the farm, while also attending 4-H Garden and Cooking Clubs. Dark chocolate is her favorite food. Nowadays Ruth is a stay-at-home grandma and likes to be creative and innovative with her recipes. In addition to liking to cook, Ruth also likes to work out! She trains at a CrossFit Affiliate in San Antonio, TX nearly everyday.
Want to win like Ruth? Make sure you submit your recipe for our July edition of Chef’s Corner, due by July 31st!
