Congrats to our Newest Chef of the Month!

Step up your football party snacks with our latest Chef’s Corner Winning Recipe! Congratulations to Pepper Webber and his delicious Football Super Nachos!

Now, I’ve personally tried this dish out myself, and I can’t wait for my next Sunday Funday to share it with my friends. This recipe will be making an appearance at my next Super Bowl Party! Okay so let’s get to the goods.

Ingredients:
1 Pound of Sausage
1 Pound of Velveeta Cheese
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 Can of Rotel
Cilantro if desired

Directions:
Cook sausage until brown.
Mix in your diced onion and pepper.
Cut Velveeta cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and mix into a microwave safe bowl.
Add Rotel and optional cilantro.
Microwave high for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Be sure to stop at about 3 minutes to stir ingredients.
Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!

About our Winner:
Pepper and his wife are from Edmond, OK and have been married for more than 50 years. They have 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Pepper is also from Choctaw Indian, and Irish descent with two degrees from Tulsa University. He works in transportation logistics, and owns his own company.
