If you haven’t made any travel plans for the summer, or the upcoming year, don’t worry we checked out the best place for you to go!
Spend your summer in the beautiful Cape Cod! Just one hour outside of Boston, you can have a great getaway and spend a few days at the beach, or enjoy some delicious seafood. There really is no place like this charming New England town.
Take a trip to see where the King lived, and tour about the beautiful Memphis, Tennessee. You can roam down the halls of Elvis gold record memorial and see all his fancy costumes, unique decor, and his car museum, including his famous Pink Cadillac!
Take a break from your daily routine and travel to the northwest corner of Arizona to see the wonder of the world that is the Grand Canyon! This natural beauty is one mile deep and stretches 277 miles long. Enjoy a nice hike on the Bright Angel Trail, with a view like this you can see why it attracts over 5 million visitors a year.
Who wouldn’t want a sweet escape to California?! One place you definitely want to check out is the beautiful San Francisco. This town has got it all. Try some of their delectable cuisine, although make sure you definitely get a burrito too! Or you can check out some of the sites such as the famous Alcatraz prison, or Golden Gate Bridge. San Fran certainly has it all.
Sweet sweet Santa Fe! There’s nothing quite like this southwestern city. Take a dive deep into the Native American art and architecture inspired town. Santa Fe is also the famous home to the museum dedicated to artist Georgia O’Keefe. It holds up to 3,000 pieces of her work. If art just isn’t your scene you can try a stroll at the Palace of Governors, built in 1610, former government building, and now it’s the state history museum. This town is also great for going hiking, biking, rafting, or even catching some breathtaking sunsets.

The nation’s capital is a great spot for your next vacation! You can learn all about the nation’s history at your leisure, while also being able to tour all the local museums, and memorials. You can even try your hand at being a U.S. intelligence officer on an international mission at Operation Spy located in the International Spy Museum; based on real-life case files. If that doesn’t fit your style you can have a picnic at the National Mall, which is a beautiful park that stretches from the U.S. Capitol and Lincoln Memorial.
Take a step back in time and make a trip out to Colonial Williamsburg. Flash back to the 1770s, and interact with people from that historical era. Take a walk through Revolutionary City, an awesome interactive street theatre combined with street events, and short skits that put you right in the action of the infamous revolution that changed our nation’s history.
